2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the qualities and sales prices of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

4.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the product price via credit/debit card or bank transfer/EFT.
4.2. The product will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest from the order confirmation date.
4.3. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.4. In case the delivery cannot be completed by the shipping company, responsibility lies with the Buyer.
4.5. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing any justification.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be submitted to the Seller within this period.
5.3. The returned product must be unused, unopened, and returned along with its invoice.
5.4. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the date the returned product reaches the Seller.
5.5. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared upon the Buyer’s special request or clearly for personal needs, and for books, CDs, digital content, etc. whose packaging has been opened after delivery.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the provisions of this agreement and the preliminary information form.
7.2. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer in case the ordered product cannot be supplied.
7.3. The parties accept the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts for any disputes that may arise from this agreement.

8. ENFORCEMENT

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
