Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Conditions

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order confirmation.
Deliveries are made within Turkey via our contracted shipping company.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the package. Otherwise, AFT Prodüksiyon will not be held responsible.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notice and direct the package to the nearest branch. It is your responsibility to collect the package in the given time frame.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged printed books (e.g., misprints, missing pages).
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same method as the original payment.
Requests for returns based on personal preferences (e.g., not liking the content) are not accepted.
Please contact us before sending back any product. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Note: Any return sent without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the sender.
